South Orlando's premier CrossFit gym. My other main passion is fitness, and after getting tired of the CPA industry, in early 2011 I co-founded CrossFit Kings Point with my fiance Lindsey. These days, she runs the business and my only duties are keeping our website up to date and getting my own personal workouts in at night.
from December 2009 to February 2011
At the end of 2009, I took a risk, quit my job, and struck out on my own as an independent CPA affiliate marketer, driving hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of leads to various companies in the health, dating, beauty, and shopping niches through paid traffic - primarily PPC, social, and media buys.
During this time I learned lots of valuable skills, such as conversion optimization, A/B testing, how to negotiate and buy traffic from ad networks, site owners, RTB platforms, and more.

Ruby on Rails developer at IZEA. Member of the socialspark.com, payperpost.com, inpostlinks.com, and sponzai.com teams.
Socialspark.com. A dynamic online marketplace that connected advertisers to a network of hundreds of thousands of bloggers. Targeted toward premium advertisers interested in building their brand. Integrated social networking features, an extensive tracking and metrics platform, and detailed targeting capabilities so advertisers could target the exact bloggers they wanted to represent their brand. I worked on all sides of the application, and also played a major role in the development of SSLove, the back-end admin interface app that customer support used to review posts, and manage data.
I primarily work with the Ruby on Rails & EmberJS frameworks for full-stack web development, and hold a high standard of quality in everything that I do. I don't exactly do design, but have plenty of connections that can do amazing stuff in Photoshop.I believe agile methodologies and test-driven development lead to better applications. I love learning new things and pride myself on being a fast learner.

"Hiring freelance developers is a hit or miss proposition at best. I've worked with many devs over the years and I can safely say Casey is the best I've had the pleasure to work with. Besides having great coding skills he's responsive, very fast and takes the projects I give him as seriously as I do. I feel very lucky to have him on my projects."
"Casey is the rare combination of developer and entrepreneur. He is a wizard at creating web applications, and I've even programmed iPhone apps with him. I wouldn't doubt if he becomes a CTO of a company some day. He is one of the nicest guys I've had the pleasure to work with, and I hope to work with him again some day."
"Casey is a professional that is great at innovating and thinking outside the box. It's been a pleasure seeing his creativity in action."
"I first came across Casey when I hired him onto my team at Izea. I was immediately impressed with his drive and determination. I have never before seen a developer hit the ground running so hard, and so well, as Casey did in that first month.
I'm pleased to see Casey striking out on his own now, and my faith in him and his ability to deliver continues unabated, to the point that I have no qualms at all in working with Casey on some of my own client initiatives.
An excellent developer, a consummate professional and a joy to work with."
